How Much Do Tickets Cost At AFI Concerts and What Is the Minimum Age?

I know there are no AFI concerts currently scheduled, but after their next album there probably will be, so I have a couple of questions.

1. How much do tickets for pretty good seats generally cost?

2. I’ve heard that the minimum age to go to a concert is 18 or 21 because of alcohol. Is this true?

Thanks in advance…

1. Lets see, they would probably cost the same as a normal concert. But it all depends on what arena they would be playing in. If they are playing in a stadium..of course the tickets would be priced a little higher, but if its in a normal concert arena then expect it to be around 50- 70 $ …but again it sort of depends on the arena size.

2. No No No. I went to an Evanescence concert, they sold alcohol and its still all ages. I’m sure AFI would be probably all ages (knowing some of there music). It takes a lot to make it restricted, lyrics, band members actions ect..

I hope you’ll be able to go! Me and my friend have been dying to go to one of their concerts..but they dont play around were we live. They are suppose to put on a great show. I hope we helped!

    1. Shouldn’t be that expensive, I mean usually crappy bands shouldn’t make that much from concerts, right?

    2. The normal age for people at these concerts is about 10.

  4. 1. It would depend on where you saw them. Their last tour, I saw them a few times, and the venues were clubs so tickets were about $25. They played larger places too, so those tickets were probably $10 -$15 more or something.

    2. You can go to a concert at any age, unless the show itself is 18+. AFI doesn’t do many/any of these to my knowledge, because they know they have fans in all age ranges.

    I can’t wait for the new album/touring. =]

  5. not sure really on the price, but it should depend on the location of the concert. But all ages should be able to attend unless the facility serves alcohol.

Ive been dying to go to one of their concerts. I missed them at Myrtle Beach, SC back in 2006 cuz it was sold out. So im waiting till Warp Tour comes around. But I would have killed somebody to go to Long Beach, if it wasn’t on the other side of the counrty.

    1. The average price for an AFI ticket varies from venue to venue. The usual price would be probably somewhere between 20-30 dollars. Good seat? Well afi doesn’t play shows with seats, unless it’s something like Live Earth, then there would be seat, but the best way to get up front would be either to get to the venue really early or push through the people in the crowd.

    2. You can go to an afi concert at any age, unless the venue states that the show is 18 or 21 and up. If it doesn’t say anything, then you can go at any age. But if you are still worried about it, just call up the venue and they can let you know.
