Why Ab Machines Do Not Work
Ab machines are not good for your body. That pretty much goes for any machine at the gym.
They do the owkr for you in a way. They stabilize the weight making it much easier to lift heavier.
Instead do effective ab exercises without machines. Some great examples include reverse crunches and hanging knee raises. Then there are compound exercises like squats and rows that really help your body burn more belly fat.
Have a solid six pack abs diet as well. This will really help you get six pack abs in the shortest amount of time possible. Getting six pack abs does not have to be hard.
