Christian residential area of the seminary
Other Christian designations, including advanced American Judaism, have since adopted and modified the Tridentine framework of the seminary. These seminaries are more open than the Tridentine and oftentimes do not contain the Catholic pressure on the imposed discipline of philosophy and the necessity to live on campus within the Christian residential area of the seminary.
The primary aim of a seminary is to discipline and equip individuals for sacral service in the church or synagogue. A number of citizenry who do not intend to become such leaders may also learn in seminaries. An individual may attend with the intention of gaining a qualification in chaplaincies, counseling, instructing, online masters degree and more learned fields.
