This video is showing the end of the attack, when others came in to get him off the ground, so the idea of “look at the video, he wasn’t hurt in it” is silly.
Secondly, I don’t care if it was bad enough to put him in a wheel chair or not. Charges can be pressed, and arrests can be made if you spit in someone’s face. The same can be done if you punch and kick a person, as was done with this man.
Just because he’s able to walk and talk, doesn’t suddenly make the beating okay.
