   healthcare for individuals does NOTHING for the welfare of the States, which is what it says. (remember, wording+emphasis is VERY important when refering to the Constitution).
   It essentially says “congress can do things that benefit ALL STATES.” (eg: highways, national defence, regulate commerce)

   Before you bring up the “necessary and proper clause”, remembering that it only applies if the bill in question is for the execution of the listed powers. it’s not a blank check for socialist bills.

    My mistakes. Roads like health care fall under “providing for the [..] general welfare of the United States” (A1,S8,C1). Good point you made. Thanks. Why are they bringing guns to a health care protest I don’t know. I think they are confused. Is a gun a random object? I would disagree.

    He was peaceful, and explain when it is acceptable for me to exercise my rights.

    I guess you don’t really buy into the “I disagree with what you say, but will defend your right to say it”

    What other rights do you feel are unacceptable. So exercising your rights marginalizes you from mainstream society. Really? You teach civics do you?

    Bringing a gun to a political event is neither peaceful nor acceptable. Even though it is legal, it is still wrong for more reasons than I can even name, and by endorsing such behavior, you and those like you only marginalize yourselves further away from the mainstream of our society.
