Grow up, boys. You can do alot of things in this great country but you don’t do them all “just because I can”. That is just plain silly and sophomoric.

Seriouslu, look in the mirror and ask yourself this question: ” Would Tim McVeigh most likely be on my side and bring a weapon to a town hall meeting or would he be on the Liberal side?”

Now you know where you stand and where McVeigh would stand.

healthcare for individuals does NOTHING for the welfare of the States, which is what it says. (remember, wording+emphasis is VERY important when refering to the Constitution).
It essentially says “congress can do things that benefit ALL STATES.” (eg: highways, national defence, regulate commerce)

Before you bring up the “necessary and proper clause”, remembering that it only applies if the bill in question is for the execution of the listed powers. it’s not a blank check for socialist bills.
