jpo 3456, 28? look at the numbers on the lap post when he is by the little girl with the balloon, obviasly 47, 6, 25.. and what i see as 10 and 52 the sum of which is 140, by then finding the mean by dividing by the number of balls (5) gives you 28. Maybe?

If you look hard enough for anything you will find it! All these links between the number of cars and ppl etc to the lotto numbers is just coincidence and a tenuous one at that. This is probably exactly what he wanted.
