What are some events leading up to dropping the atomic bomb on Hiroshima and Nagasaki?
This is part of an exam question that I am studying for. I have the exam tomorrow and I am blanking out on all of this. I know there’s more to it than the Attack on Pearl Harbor, I just need to know what else more. Lol, Thanks So much!

there are two strands to this

one - the development of the atomic bomb (making the weapon)

this is an excellent article about this including significant developments along the way
