    How do you fight …
    How do you fight unconsciousness? Is it not a relative term? An awakened one for example isn’t even aware that he/she is awakened. Awareness of unconsciousness doesn’t make one conscious. It makes one unconscious of the consciousness one had before :)
    How do you like that statement? :)

    Thank you. And though I agree fully, the only ongoing hope is through the identification of Jesus with the world - Christ suffered in order to relate to us fully. And Christ removes evil and death in the resurrection freely available to all who recieve Him. An eternity in relationship with Him through the Spirit. Ask Jesus to comfort you deeply internal with His life giving Spirit. He hears you and weeps with you. Come to the cross and meet Him there. He loves you.

    I agree with you, they are music to my ears too, I have read many religious and self help books, but never has any rung so true as Eckhart Tolle’s, but at the same time remember what he says, through suffering many are awakened.

    I believe he means that the future never comes, because what you call the future, will one day be the now, like he said about the sign in an English pub, which read everyday said, “free beer tomorrow”.

    I wonder if he’s read or listened to Alan Watts. His book ‘The Wisdom of Insecurity” addresses the issue of living in the present as well.

    Yes- we have the ‘ …
    Yes- we have the ‘divine’ and the human, which play out in us most obviously as ‘imagination’, and ‘reality’. These are the two realms, Spirit and Form, held together by the human mind, hence the ‘Holy Trinity’ that appears in many teachings. Superhero stories like Superman, or even Martin Luther or Jesus remind us of how we can create heaven on earth through bringing the divine into reality…. MLK had a ‘dream’, and he opened up the portal for it to exist in reality. Clever boy….. :)

    I believe Jesus said “Have I not said ye are gods?” and Tolle mentions this which reaffirms what Tolle is teaching us. We all have this power within us.

    Interesting how Tolle came about hs awakening knowledge. He was empy and now he has all the answers. It was sudden and complete for him. From down and out professor to widely regarded teacher of wisdom in no time at all. Very interesting! Kind of like all your christmases coming true.

    Watch and be aware of your thought meaning emotions motivations. beliefs these are aspects of the matrix the world that has been pulled over your eyes to hyde you from the truth which is there is no time and we are not the mind. Its an imposter acting as us which the matrix created from birth to death

    By the time sensory infromation is transduced to the brain for perception codes and hence the experience of the material world the illusion of time happens in short term memory while long term memory is decideing whether it is important. This transduction gives rise to th experience of time passing but its not. There is only the now as soon as you catch you mind following a memoery trace emotion event and it takes a hold of you you have lost the now.

    people have exactly the same aspects as christ did that what tolle is talking about we all have it. Problem is the masses are unconscious if you preached and did what jesus did you would still be killed or imprisoned or something especially saying give to ceaser what is ceasers and to god what is god meaning give the bankers back their paper money and cease doing business with them become conscious and selve the source which is collectively all of us.

    His words are music …
    His words are music to my ears! Fortunately, many others agree with me and this is all part of a growing concousness within all of the human race. I feel sorry for people who do not understand his words, but instead choose to call him names. They are obvisously not ready to be “awakened” and probably will experience more pain than is necessary throughout their lives.
