Silk Is Great To Help You Breath
If you are anything like most people then you suffer from some sort of allergies. These allergies don’t have to always give you trouble breathing. I know I suffer from eye allergies and my eyes can burn pretty severely… but silk sheets can really come to the rescue.
Most sheets, other than silk or bamboo, are not that great because they create environments where dust mites like to live. Dust mites are pretty much impossible to get rid of and something you just have to deal with in life. But silk fibers are special because dust mites can’t live in silk. So when you sleep in silk, you are sleeping in a really clean environment.
