I was District Court Clerk and the dumbest ticket that was on our docket was a Game & Fish ticket for "Unattended YoYo’s". I don’t think anyone can beat that one…lol.

Unattended YoYo’s are when someone leaves a bait and trap for fish (called yoyo’s) never checking to see if they caught fish and taking the fish off the yoyo’s.

sounds like a beautiful neighborhood you live in….

On a serious note, the dumbest ticket I ever recieved was $420 for speeding, changing lanes too fast, and a few others I don’t remember, it was a long time ago…..oh yeah, and I was the dumb one, the cop was nice not to beat the crap out of me for being stupid.

$89.00 parking ticket in Fontana, CA. Been parking my truck there off and on for 3 years, then one day they decided they would enforce some silly parking ordinance for that city.

I got pulled over on my bicycle for a DUI check. Breathalyzer and everything. I hadn’t been drinking, the OHIO STATE HIGHWAY PATROLMAN just hadn’t met his quota for the night, I suppose. Any cops on here? You’re all power freaks. Get over yourselves. Not our fault you couldn’t go to college and hack it in a real major.

I was at a garage sale on a sunday and was loading stuff into the driver side when A friend got stuck on the passenger side loading a heavy object
he was by the curb and I the street. i quickly went to help him just as a cop car came by. stopped and gave me a ticket for having my driver door open unattended. the street was 50 feet wide and no traffic. this was in Vallejo CA one of the worst cities in America. the cops are very mean and will beat you up on any pretext.
I complained to the police captain to no avail. The people of vallejo are terified of their own policemen

My gf got a $25.00 fine for smoking outside of a hospital door. There is a law in Kansas that no one can smoke on hospital property. Stupid.
