the officer gave you a copy of the ticket after you signed it right? that ticket is in fact a Bill of exchange so all you need to do is say before signing “I accept that bill of exchange but I want the original” most lickely you will get out of it with a warning because if they give the original they can’t get you to court. if they refuse to give you the original you need to go to the notory public and say that the bill wasn’t presented to you and they will stamp it.

You had stated you won 4 cases due to improper code written down. I haven’t had a ticket in over 20 years and i get pulled over today and given a 195$ fine for speeding. I looked up the Violation code and the officer wrote it down improperly. He wrote down 466.400 and it’s actually 46.61.400 . Do you honestly think i can get out of the ticket this way? All I’m saying is that when an officer gives you a ticket, he has every right to do so and most of the US is glad that he has that right. Clearly no one likes getting tickets, but idiots would be running every red light if there were no consequence and we would all be in danger. You can analyze words like “person” and claim that I can’t be considered a person, but no one buys that crap (especially the court).
