How long does it take for tickets to arrive from Ticketmaster?
I purchased tickets for the Jingle Ball at Madison Square garden on December 11th about a month ago. The concert is 9 days away and i still have not recieved my tickets. I check to see the tracking and it still says "your tickets have been purchased and are in the process of being printed" and it said that i would recieve an email when my tickets are sent… i have yet to recieve an email.
shoud i call customer service? how long does it normally take for ticketmaster to send tickets by standard mail?
in my experience they usually leave it till a couple of days before the event to prevent ticket touts ripping people off in advance of the event, that way the people that order the tickets have very little time to sell them on ebay before the event,
thats what i have experienced in the UK anyway as for the US i am not so sure
