If you’re a season ticket holder, most teams will typically credit your account the difference. If you purchased them online or at the box office, take them back and you’ll get a full refund.

BTW- Ticketmaster "fees" are not refundable.

That would suck. If I remember correctly, last year the Flames held a lottery for each game that would be played. If you won, you had the chance to buy two tickets to that playoff game.

1) Different teams have different policies, the NHL provides three options
- a full refund
- a credit towards the purchase of a future ticket
- a credit towards the purchase of season’s ticket

If the series ends before 7 games, you would only have a shot at round 2 tickets………………..if your team won round one!

If you are a season ticket holder, then it goes toward next years Down Payment or total cost if you havent paid it all! If not you go and get a refund.

And NO to first in line for series 2! All season ticket holders are first dibs on their seats. Then the remaining tickets are sold on a first come first serve based on when they will be released. Tickets also go up in price for the next series in most markets.
