There is a little toll both at the entry point. Like $25. Then if you do not care about the tour of the generators and stuff. Walking on the dam roadway is free. There's a parking charge, if memory serves me. Was a few years back. It is a great day. Also the squirrles are so tame there, that they will take candy and snacks from your hand.
