Can you exchange concert tickets if you have bought them for the wrong venue?

My sister bought me tickets for the Kerrang! Relentless Energy Drink Tour, but I was already planning to go with my friends in a completely different place. I wanted to go to Newcastle, but she bought them for Leeds. She seems determined that you can’t exchange them if you bought them for the wrong venue - is this true? Is there anything I can do?

Sell them. You might even make a profit.

Maybe, you have to talk to the company that manages the tour and the venues. Also, look for some return and exchange information in their Terms of Service. You may have something you can use as a trump card as a last resort. Good Luck!
