Looking for an inexpensive Venue in Phoenix Area to have an Anniversary party any suggestions?

I don’t live in AZ anymore but want to have an Anniversary party for my parents next summer. I am looking for an inexpensive venue hall to have it at, but not having any luck online. They live on the West side of Phoenix so that area would be nice. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
